I expressly understand and agree that, in consideration of receiving the Assessment Tool from the City, neither the City nor its officers, employees, or agents (all of whom are referred to collectively as the "City") shall be responsible for any loss, cost, damages or liabilities of any nature due to personal injury or property damage or for any other loss to me or others arising directly or indirectly out of the use of the Assessment Tool. I waive all claims against and agree to indemnify, defend and hold the City harmless from any loss, cost, damage or other claim related to use of the Assessment Tool. I understand the purpose of the Healthy Homes Assessment Tool is to educate, provide resources and suggestions to help me make my home healthier, and that I am responsible for remedying risks and dangers within my residence, whether identified as a result of the Assessment Tool or not.
